by Musiq Soulchild: This song doesn’t sound like a Musiq masterpiece. I’ll admit it’s catchy and it will get some club and radio play. I LIKE the song! BUT, where is the music that is love inspired, that makes me think about my someone special, and made me place Musiq in his own creative category??? Musiq has gone mainstream and dropped the soul that he was named for.
This is EXACTLY what Dave, Cam & I said when we heard it in the car. Hopefully, like “Buddy” from Luvanmusiq, this is just the 1st single 2 get ppl to buy the album, which will be WELL worth our…. (time to download.) lol.
